The department of chemistry is one of the department that comes under Bachelor of Science in stream of faculty of home-science and it was established in the year 2013-14.This home-science chemistry including the study of basic chemistry and applied chemistry which is needed for industrial importance. The department has been achieving a good academic result every year. The fundamental objective of this department is to create interest among the student in chemistry and make them aware of the economic importance.
